The northbound lanes of I-75 in Oakland County between I-696 and Square Lake Road were reopened Monday night after it was abruptly closed for emergency road repairs, the Michigan Department of Transportation reported. At least one lane will be closed again at some point Tuesday morning, MDOT said in a later tweet.
MDOT also said that southbound I-75 from Square Lake to I-696 is down to just the right lane for similar repairs.
No further details were available about the emergency repair work.
