GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY, Mich. (WPBN/WGTU) — Heavy rain is causing some rough conditions for drivers in parts of Grand Traverse County.
Tuesday morning Grand Traverse County Central Dispatch posted warnings on its Facebook page of several areas of concern for drivers.
One area is along South Airport Road near the entrance of Cherry Capital Airport in Traverse City.
There is also water over the road at South Airport Road near Logan’s Landing. According to officials, the left westbound lane has the highest amount of water. Signs are warning of the dangers and drivers are asked to use extreme caution in this area.
